Day-of Registration Available ($45). Pre-registration closed.
Crank out the last drops of summer and celebrate the coming of a glorious fall with the last organized ride on the Oregon cycling calendar. Traverse over rolling hills, through falling autumn leaves, and enjoy the gorgeous Oregon countryside at the 5th Annual Harvest Century. Riders will choose from a 102, 75, or 42-mile course that starts and ends at Champoeg State Park in St. Paul.
Along the way, you’ll encounter seasonal delights like fresh pressed apple cider; candy corn and a pumpkin marked course. Expect top-notch volunteers to pave the way to a spectacular, soon to be classic, ride. The $45 registration fee includes all the necessary ride support (food, water, food, toilets, food, SAG & mechanics) and some over-the-top delights such as hot coffee & continental breakfast at check-in; a delicious hot burrito from Taco Del Mar at mile 50 (or the finish line for the 42-mile route); and a finish line party featuring Rogue Ales, hot cider, caramel apples, and live music from Back Porch Revival and The Mighty Filberts. Pre-registration closed Friday, October 3, 2008. Riders who pre-register will receive their goodies at the start day-of.

The rest stops were frequent and bountiful. The course was so well marked that I think I could have ridden sans map. The food was great, and the volunteers were kind. Congratulations on pulling off a seamless event, despite the unpredicted rain. It was the best-supported ride that I have ever been on, and I’ll look forward to participating again next year. Thank you! Erin Greeson
Want to support the ride but not ride? Come volunteer! We sure could use the help! Or have family and friends support you along the ride and join you at the finish line. Add a finish line ticket to your registration for them to receive beer & burritos!
