Event Day Registration Details (pre-registration is now closed)
  • 100 Mile Route: 6:30-8:00am - $55 - Course opens at 7am
  • 75 Mile Route: 6:30-8:00am - $55 - Course opens at 7am
  • 45 Mile Route: 8:30-10:30am - $55 - Course opens at 9am
  • 3 Mile Family Route: 1-2pm - Free! (Donations gladly accepted)- Course opens at 2:30pm
  • Cash, credit, or check accepted
There are two pricing structures for the Harvest Century this year. One for the 3 longer routes and one for the 3 mile inclusive family route.

45, 75, 100 mile registration fee includes:

  • Financial support of Community Vision programs
  • Harvest Century T-shirt (included with pre-registration made by September 28, 2009 while supplies last)
  • Continental breakfast featuring coffee from Nossa Familia
  • Bountiful rest stops every 15-20 miles (water, Clif bar,HEED Sports Drink, fresh fruit, bagels, roasted potatoes, and more)
  • Lunch by DeAngelo's Catering & Ryan’s Fresh Pressed Apple Cider
  • SAG & mechanical support
  • Route cue sheet, course map & Jack-o-Henry pavement markings
  • Free Parking at WaCo Fairgrounds
  • One Finish Line Party Admittance:
    • Hot BBQ dinner
      Hot apple cider & Harvest themed dessert

Free Family participants receive:

  • Financial support of Community Vision programs
  • One rest stop with fresh fruit & water
  • Live Music from Back Porch Revival & Lost Creek
  • Family activities such as face painting, bicycle decorating, and crafts
  • Free Parking at WaCo Fairgrounds
  • Opportunity to purchase BBQ tickets & tshirts on-site (if not pre-ordered)

ANSI or SNELL approved helmet required for individuals riding a bicycle.
